How do I get my records to NVOG when I've been seen at another facility? You can contact the facility where you were previously receiving your care, fill out & sign a release of info. and you can have them fax to our office at 701-738-2005 and we'll take care of it from there.
I wonder if I'll have to pay a copay? Copays are a specified dollar amount payable for certain covered services that is your responsibility to the provider. Every contract is different for every patient. Its a good idea to call your insurance company to see if you are required to pay at time of your visit. We accept debit/credit cards for your convenience.
